Put part(s) into a box and clearly label the part, RMA number, and where it’s coming from.

Once we receive the part, repairs start as soon as possible and parts will usually be repaired and shipped back to you in 2-3 business days.

However, unforeseen issues do arise from time to time that will require more time diagnosing or repairing a part, but most parts typically will still be sent out within 5-7 business days.
